A Heroes Welcome

Thank The Forces Founder Sue welcomed her son Carl home from Afghanistan on 28th March 2008.

The people of Maidstone poured onto the streets to cheer and wave as the soldiers of 36 Engineer Regt marched through the town.

Despite the driving rain and freezing winds 2000 people turned out to show their respects. Thank you Maidstone you did them proud.

Thank you 36 Engineer Regt for keeping us safe. We are proud of each and every one of you.Welcome home.
