An Award for Our Youngest Coordinator
On 16th August 2008 The Eastbourne Arndale Shopping Centre kindly allowed Thank The Forces to attend with our fundraising and awareness table.
Local residents and holiday makers were very generous raising a super total of £291.00 from donations and sales of merchandise.
Councillor Mr Bob Lacey OBE, Chairman of East Sussex County Council kindly attended to show his support and presented our youngest coordinator Keaton Peppiatt with an award for outstanding achievement from Thank The Forces.
Our grateful thanks must go to Mr Bob Lacey OBE for his ongoing encouragement and for taking the time out of his busy schedule to present Keaton with his ‘British Army Tank Shell’ on our behalf.
Well done Keaton and keep up the good work!
